Lindsay Young is a Senior Analyst in the Office of Institutional Assessment, Research, and Effectiveness at Tennessee Technological University, where she works in institutional effectiveness, supporting assessment, accreditation, and compliance processes. She played a key role in developing and implementing processes related to SACSCOC Standard 8.2a as part of the university’s 2026 Reaffirmation of Accreditation. Her work focuses on streamlining processes, improving data quality, and supporting sustainable systems for continuous improvement.
