April Matthews is the Outcomes Assessment Management Analyst at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC). In this role, she guides the academic and non-academic areas through the process of submitting outcomes assessment information in support of continuous improvement throughout UTC. This includes planning, implementing, and directing institutional assessment and effectiveness activities for accreditation. Additionally, she is responsible for other campus-wide evaluation processes and surveys including Faculty Rating of Administrators and various satisfaction surveys. Most important is her ability to analyze assessment and evaluation results and communicate effectively with a wide variety of faculty, students, administrators, and community partners.
